We want you to be completely satisfied with your EltaMD® skincare regimen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the label and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
